Site Policy

Here at DITG Chicksands it is part of Standing Orders that all dogs are to be registered with the QMs Deprtament, wherher this is in SFA, SLA or for you to bring your dog into work.

You can find the relevant form to complete on the DITG Homepage via the standing order button towards the bottom of the screen and look for SHEP Standing Order 9 Pt 4 Leaflet 22.

Once this form is complete, please arrange to meet with the RQMS(T) in order to complete the process and be issued with a personal ID disc for your dog(s).
