Daily Subsistence – The Paytia system is used to make a payment at the end of temporary accommodation stays. However, due to the current circumstances a manual override has been put in place. The compensation team will be processing all requests received up to today and payment will clear overnight. This will pay for the last 48 hours, then another pay run will be completed on Friday to be paid Monday.
Temporary Accommodation – It has been agreed that the needs of the families will be accessed on a case-by-case basis and hotels or an Air B&B will be sourced. POC - Pinnacle on 0800 0318628

Additional Heating Costs- there is a mechanism in place to help support households who incur additional costs by having to have de-humidifiers placed into their SFA. More details to follow.
