SFA Post Flood Area Clean

Writer: CKS WelfareCKS Welfare

Over the next few weeks CLC will be removing all rubbish/fly tipping from the SFA areas. As part of the licence to occupy all personal belongings should be in the garden and not left/stored in the communal areas. To this end they will also be removing all items left outside SFA gardens. You are strongly encouraged to ensure that any items that you do not want removed are moved and stored in the gardens/house as soon as possible.

Post the clean up the Pinnacle Accommodation Officer will be carrying monthly checks of the estate. As part of these checks occupants will be asked to move any items found outside their SFA.

The amount of rubbish around the estate is not only an eye sore but also presents a real risk to children who may injure themselves. Your support in helping us keep the estate clean and tidy is appreciated.

If you have any issues/concerns then please reach out to the welfare team in the Gilbertine Centre for further advice/guidance!

A couple of months ago I was offered the opportunity to take on the vacant Barbers shop on site, an opportunity I grasped with both hands due to my 20 plus years in the hair industry and the prospects I believe it will bring.

I am excited to advise you all that after weeks of renovations I am in the position to open to customers from this Friday, on a booking only format using the QR code below.
